Q: Your Safety is Important to Us!

You and your pets' safety is a priority to us. Therefore, we ask that you be very mindful of sectioned-off areas. These areas should be considered off limits to reduce any risk of injury or incident to you and your pet. Please do not walk your pet in any of the sectioned-off areas.

Q: Will Our Hours of Operations Change?

These changes should not affect you and your ability to bring your pet in to be seen. Our hours of operations during the construction will remain the same, and we will be able to provide all the services and care you have come to expect. If there are any changes to operating hours, we will inform you via email as well as post the changes in our lobby and on our front door.

Q: What Changes Are We Making?

We have designed the new facility with specific goals in mind: Reducing pet anxiety during visits. Providing environments that foster comfort during recovery. Streamlining workflows and care. Providing an inviting and comfortable environment for our clients. To meet these goals, you will see more exam rooms, including dedicated cat exam rooms away from the hustle and bustle of the central lobby, a special exam room with a private entrance for those very difficult situations, an admission/discharge room where we can discuss your pet’s procedure and discharge instructions in a quiet space, a dedicated quiet room for pets to recover after procedures without the comings and goings of other pets, and a dedicated intensive care suite.
